I have thirty three years management experience in a wide variety of Public, Private and Thirds sector organisations. I established from scratch a multi-level Management Development programme for the largest Care provider in the UK (Leonard Cheshire Disability) and have seven years’ experience as a Prison Governor. I have run my own Consultancy business since 2000 alongside my career experiences.

I have held senior positions with a range of Third Sector organisations and have held Trustee positions with large providers in the City of Leicester.

I have run my own Consultancy Business since 2000 with a focus upon writing programmes for educational establishments to gain funding, management development (set up a national CMI and ILM centre (Leonard Cheshire Disability), Director of Marketing for St John Ambulance (Warwickshire) and numerous bespoke Income Generation contracts in the Public, Private and Third sectors.
