Sime Serge is a Lecturer in Strategic Management at Leicester Castle Business School. He holds a PhD in Innovation and Strategy from Royal Holloway University of London and an MBA and a master in human Rights and Democratisation from Institute of Advanced Legal Studies University of London.
His research interests are in the areas of Innovation and Technology management with particular focus on the collaborative strategy of firms in the high-tech industries. He research seeks to advance our understanding of how knowledge sharing through networks/ecosystems impacts on organisational performance. He mainly employs econometric techniques and draws upon a diverse array of novel data sources to link networks resulting from knowledge sharing to firm-level outcomes. His research has appeared in international recognised journals and conference outlets such as Wharton Science Conference, the Strategic Management Society and European Academy of Management Conference. His research was recognised with the Best Paper Award at the British Academic Management Conference in 2017.
Prior to joining ذكذكتسئµ in 2019, he held academic appointments at Royal Holloway, Queen Mary University of London, and the University of Montpellier in France.
Besides his academic interests, Sime is also an entrepreneur and has been involved in several technological ventures. He currently advises several start-ups in the fields of Semiconductor, Mobile Apps and Digital Marketing.
