Help to Grow: Management is a practical training course with online and in-person sessions delivered by experienced business experts. The course is delivered by Leicester Castle Business School, which is accredited by the . Nationally, over 30,000 SME owners have already benefited from attending Help to Grow: Management at leading UK business schools.
Leicester Castle Business School supports small and medium-sized businesses by helping them develop and improve leadership and business skills to overcome issues and achieve growth.
Practical government-funded training
The fully funded 12-week course is 90% funded by the government, with the final 10% funded through a business support bursary from Leicester Castle Business School. This means participants have funded access to 50 hours of premium training to boost growth in their businesses.

Who is eligible?
SME owners and managers from a huge variety of sectors have already benefited from Help to Grow: Management. To enrol on the course, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Your small or medium-sized business employs between 5 and 249 people*
- Your business is at least one year old
- You are an owner, leader or decision maker with at least one team member
*Businesses with 5 - 9 employees are eligible for one participant on the course, with two able to attend per programme for businesses with 10 – 249 staff.
