Creating healthy habits for sustained success is a lifestyle change that I have found to be advantageous in my career.
The time it takes for something to become a habit can vary greatly depending on various factors, including the individual and the complexity of the habit of course.
Did you know that popular opinion is that it takes 21 days to form a habit? But research indicates that it can actually take anywhere from 18 to 254 days, with an average of 66 days. So, for a business owner, healthy habits for success can be achieved in a relatively short amount of time with the right motivation.
