Represent your country in the Futsal World Cup!

ÐßÐßÊÓƵactive and ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Futsal have teamed up to create a Futsal World Cup tournament. The Futsal World Cup is a one off, free futsal tournament for students and staff to come together and represent and educate others about their particular country.

Futsal originated from South Africa and is similar to five-a-side football. The games are fast paced and are mainly played indoors.

All players and genders are welcome to get involved at the tournament. Your team should have a minimum of five players and a maximum of seven, and each game will be 10 minutes long with no half-times.

Each team will be given a short slot to teach others about the country they are representing, which could a presentation, discussion or even a language lesson!

You can enter your team by emailing ÐßÐßÊÓƵactive@dmu.ac.uk and the closing date for team entries is Friday 1 November at midnight.

The tournament takes place at The Watershed on Wednesday 6 November from 2-8pm.
