Following the huge success of the first Start-up Schools in 2020, Enterprise & Entrepreneurship will be running another programme this Autumn. This is open to all students - undergraduates, postgraduates and alumni.
You will learn everything you need to know about starting a business by participating in live and online workshops across 3 days. You can also apply if you have already started your business.
It will cover all the practical information you need to know including; financial, marketing and getting started, plus lots of real life examples to help your understanding.
You do not need any prior business knowledge to attend.
More than 500 ÐßÐßÊÓƵ students and graduates have already gone through the online Start-up Schools.
There are two schools to get involved with; you can choose to attend either or both of the schools. The sessions taking place are as follows:
Product-based Start-up School:
Tuesday 10 – Thursday 12 August, 3 - 4pm BST.
Service-based Start-up School:
Tuesday 24 - Thursday 26 August, 3 - 4pm BST.
All participants will be eligible for a follow-up 1-2-1 appointment
What is the difference?
A product-based service sells a physical product to consumers, whereas a service-based business does not sell a physical product, but rather offers customers a service.
