Decolonising ذكذكتسئµ was set up in 2019 with a mission to dismantle racist barriers and structures so that staff and students can succeed.
Since then students, staff teams and colleagues across the university have worked on a wide variety of anti-racist projects, events and pieces of work.
From Monday 9 to Friday 13 May the Decolonising ذكذكتسئµ team would like to invite you to join them in recognising the process of the first phase of this journey and to join in some events which will provide you with tips, tricks and takeaways to aid you in supporting the university to continue their mission.
Events will be held over the week focusing on practical workshops, sharing best practice and learning from external expertise.
All sessions will be open to staff, students and external visitors, unless stated otherwise. Please see the full programme of events below. Detailed descriptions can be found on the To register for any of the events please contact dmuevents@dmu.ac.uk.
