Give it a Go week is taking place from Monday 17 to Friday 21 February at De Montfort Students' Union.
Students can take part in a range of activities throughout the week and each day will have a different theme.
DSU's Give it a Go programme was launched last year to give students the opportunity to try something new without the commitment.
Yesterday was 'Meaningful Monday' which focused on spreading acts of kindness. Students were encouraged to write kind messages alongside the Campus Centre stairs.
Tuesday 18 February - Travel Tuesday
Tuesday is 'Travel Tuesday' and De Montfort Students' Union is giving you the opportunity to try food from around the world - for free! There will be cultural games and crafts in the Campus Centre Atrium from 11am to 2pm.

Wednesday 19 February - Wellness Wednesday
'Wellness Wednesday' will give you the chance to take some time out for yourself in the Campus Centre from 11am to 2pm. There will be a book swap, boardgames, wellbeing stalls and free healthy food. There will also be a .

Thursday 20 February - Trip Thursday
On , DSU will be sharing deals for discounted student trips on its social media channels.
Friday 21 February - Freaky Friday
Have fun and for 'Freaky Friday' to raise money for charity. Keep a look out for charity donation buckets and online donation links.
There will be a film showing of Freaky Friday (2003) in the DSU Lounge at 1pm.
From 2 to 6pm, there will be free Give it a Go sessions in Function Room 2 at Campus Centre with ÐßÐßÊÓƵsport teams and societies. In the evening, you can go along to ÐßÐßÊÓƵactive sessions at The Watershed. There is a women's basketball session from 6 to 7pm and volleyball between 6 and 8pm.
