We are celebrating University Mental Health Day and Wellbeing week here at ÐßÐßÊÓƵ by putting on a week of events from Monday 2 to Friday 6 March.
There will be an opportunity to take some time out for yourself, connect with new people and learn new skills.
Throughout the week you will have an opportunity to try something new such a yoga or mindfulness and also learn more about the services on offer at ÐßÐßÊÓƵ to support your wellbeing while at university.
University Mental Health Day is an annual celebration to raise awareness of mental health in higher education. This year it takes place on Thursday 5 March and we will be hosting an event in the Hugh Aston Atrium between 12-2pm for you to find out more about the support available to enhance your mental health.
You can also enter our competition to be in with a chance of winning an Amazon Echo Dot. All you have to do is visit the different stands to fill up your stamp card.
